To help us help you faster, please include:

• Your order number (if your question is about a purchase)
• Your printer model and slicer (for printing questions)
• Photos or screenshots, if something didn’t print as expected

Common questions

I can’t find my download.
Check your email (including the spam folder) for the download link sent after checkout. Still missing? Send us your order number and we’ll resend it.

My print isn’t coming out right.
Our 3MF files include tested print settings for the Bambu Lab A1 mini. If you use a different printer, send us a photo of the issue and we’ll help you adjust.

Can I request a custom design?
We’re happy to hear your ideas! Tell us what you have in mind and we’ll let you know if it’s something we can make.

Can I sell prints made from your files?
Please check the license included with each design, or email us to ask about commercial use.
